16年末,designaffairs China在上海正式启动了圆桌论坛活动,首期论坛的主题为数字医疗。我们邀请了健康医疗行业的高级决策层作为圆桌嘉宾,受邀企业包括诺和诺德,罗氏制药,通用医疗,谷歌,平安好医生,以及上药大健康云。

At the end of last year, designaffairs China hosted our first roundtable event, on digital health. Our panel featured decision-makers from Novo Nordisk, Roche, GE Healthcare, Google, Ping An Health Cloud and Shanghai Pharma Health Commerce.

慢性疾病的增长对中国医疗系统有何影响?

How will the rise of chronic disease affect the Chinese healthcare system?

中国目前有1.14亿糖尿病患者,其中有7千万患者目前仍未接受治疗,这快与德国人口相当了。所以糖尿病的预防观念普及和诊断是极其重要的。当基础的糖尿病治疗没有及时跟上,它将转变成这个国家国民健康的重要问题。”

"114 million people suffer from diabetes everyday in China. Around 70 million of those are not in treatment. So awareness and diagnosis of diabetes is incredibly important because it will be a major problem for the country going forward if diabetes is not treated in a timely way."

"Individualised treatment is everything. You can have the best products in the world, but if the patient doesn’t take it as prescribed, then it doesn’t work. I really believe these platforms can help patients much more. We’re all here to create better value for patients, and better value means better lives."

“一个公司如果要真正地转型,必须具备前瞻视野,这上面的挑战首先有知识性的条件,如调整内部改革的管理规范。其次是合作伙伴。然后是领导力,许多转型都是由上至下得以实现的。没有高层之间的共识, 要实现数字化举步维艰。”

"First we have to build a vision. There are also challenges around revamping the knowledge base, and transforming internal governance and regulations. Another one is partnerships. Last, but not least, is leadership. Many transformations follow a top-down structure. Without aligning with upper management, digitization will be impossible."

"As a traditional company we cannot solely rely on ourselves to tackle the problem of digital transformation. So we are forming partnerships with e-commerce, finance and Internet companies. We are embracing the multi-disciplinary nature of the challenge, to have a better shot at succeeding."

”当我们真正进入数字时代,我们知道如果你真的想提升你的品牌,你必须把品牌与人联系起来,如果你不与客户联系起来,品牌就失去了意义。而正是设计承担了链接技术与人的这一角色,现在大型制造企业开始真正理解如何撬动品牌,并将技术以一种前所未有的,新颖的方式表达出来。”

"I think as the world is going digital, people can see that if you really want to elevate your brand you have to connect with people. And if you’re not connecting with people, the brand is lost. And design plays that role, to connect technology to people, and now large industrial companies are really understanding that you can really elevate your brand, and you can make technology work in a whole different way."

“每当去医院我都觉得自己是是建房过程中被动的砖瓦,有人让我坐在那里,有人说在这里拍摄图像,还有人带我去其他地方。我认为移动设备可以帮助改变这一切,切切实实地以使用者为中心,让患者掌握信息并参与其中。”

"I go to the hospital and then I’m really just a little brick in a factory, you know? Someone says, "Sit down there", someone else says. "Come along here", we take an image, someone picks me up and so on. Mobile devices can help to turn this around, and make the patient the owner of his or her medical journey, own the information and become a bigger part of it."
